Anthony Rodriguez is a public sector strategy and analytics leader with more than a decade of experience helping mission-driven organizations improve performance, strengthen operations, and use data to create meaningful community impact. His career spans nonprofit leadership, local government, and higher education, with expertise in strategic planning, project management, and data analytics. Anthony currently serves as a Management Analyst Supervisor for the Denver Public Library, where he leads a team responsible for leading strategic initiatives, driving organizational performance measurement, and data reporting to advance equitable public services across the library system. Prior to joining the library, he spent more than five years with the City and County of Denver, where he progressed from Management Analyst to Data Analytics & Reporting Supervisor. In these roles, he led teams of analysts, developed executive dashboards and performance measurement frameworks, implemented data governance practices, and partnered with organizational leaders to translate complex data into actionable strategies supporting housing stability, homelessness resolution, and community development. Before transitioning into public sector leadership, Anthony served as Associate Development Director for SBI College & Preparatory Institute, where he supported the organization's mission of expanding educational opportunities for underserved students. He helped secure public funding to establish a new computer lab and support capital improvements, strengthened fundraising and donor engagement efforts through the implementation of a digital giving platform, and developed executive reports and funding analyses that supported strategic planning and grant reporting. His work also included implementing web analytics and digital marketing strategies that enhanced community outreach. Anthony is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds graduate-level training in Public Administration, with coursework focused on analytical research methods, budget and performance management, and statistics. Throughout his career, he has remained passionate about empowering organizations to make informed decisions, build stronger systems, and expand opportunities for the communities they serve. Anthony was born and raised in The Bronx, NY and is an alum of A. Philip Randolph’s graduating class of 2010. He was a participant in SBIs College & Career Preparatory Institute while at APRCHS and served the program as a production Stage Manager for two years. He now resides in Aurora, Colorado with his wife, son, and dog.
