Summer Bridge

The Summer Bridges to College and Career Success Program, funded by the West Harlem Development Corporation (WHDC) and the Tides Foundation, is for incoming 9th-grade students accepted into STEM high school programs.

The program will run for three weeks during the summer (July 25th – August 12th) and will focus on exposing incoming freshman to the STEM, literacy, and college preparatory skills that they will need to be top candidates for competitive College Admissions after high school.

Students will enjoy field trips to our partner organizations, the City College of New York (CCNY), the Sophie Davis School of Medicine, and the Grove School of Engineering. Students will also participate in weekly field trips and work with current undergraduate students as mentors.
